If the Customer Service Representative is not available, press “0” when the voice mail greeting starts and your call will be automatically forwarded to the mobile phone carried by the Customer Service Representative.
If your call is not successfully forwarded or you have not been assigned a Customer Service Representative, call the direct number of the department that you think may best help you (listed below). Department managers are equipped with mobile phones as well, and may also be reached by pressing “0” during the voice mail message.
