Commercial Printing
Commercial printing is a term used to describe a broad range of products including Brochures, Rack Cards, Books, Calendars, Annual Reports, Newsletters, Posters, Menus, Direct Mail Pieces, Labels, Directories, Business Cards, Invitations, Announcements, Postcards, Business Reply Cards, Greeting Cards, and much more. “Sheetfed” printing, the technique most commonly used for printing commercial products, is a high-quality printing method for quantities of about 1,000 to 100,000 pieces. We offer a diverse selection of sheetfed presses that can accommodate up to 6 colors, giving you photo-realistic results plus special effects such as metallic inks or varnishes on the same sheet. Our “perfecting” press can print both sides of the paper in one continuous process by turning the paper over while it’s printing. Sheetfed printing offers a wide variety of paper choices and printing techniques that allow you to be very creative. Ink Management
Exclusive to Hagadone Printing Company, we have an in-house ink management facility. This allows us to provide samples of your standard PMS and custom solid (spot) colors for your approval before your project is printed. Should you choose an alternate color, we can adjust the ink to precisely the hue that you want. Having ink manufactured on premises also means that we can modify the chemical balance of the inks to accommodate changing environmental variables, such as temperature and humidity.
