Give back unwanted paper,
Give back to the environment.

Our PaperBack Program is an eco-friendly effort involving you and us. We'd like you to return your unwanted or out-of-date print jobs to us so we can recycle the paper. At places where we make regular deliveries, we’ll even pick up the unwanted print jobs. For those who come to our facility, we have a convenient drop-off area where you can unload your out-of-date printed material.
Make a molehill
out of a mountain.

To handle the loads of paper, we have invested in an industrial shredder and baling system. Once baled, the huge bundles will be shipped off for recycling. Our own waste paper amounts to 140 tons per month, so by recycling we are freeing up a lot of space at the city dump. With your help we can make a molehill out of a mountain of trash!
We don't print them,
But, we'll recycle them.

As a service to the community of Honolulu, we also accept telephone books for recycling. The drop-off location is our plant at 274 Puuhale Road. Look for the "Drive-up, Drop-off" banner during business hours, 8am to 5pm (please call ahead at 847-5310 to let us know you're coming), or the 2nd Saturday of every month from 8am to 12-noon. Your phonebooks will be shredded, baled and shipped back to the mill, where your old books will be re-puposed into new paper.

Note: Businesses and Government Agencies will be charged $50 per ton for shredding and recycling drop-offs.

Cardboard & Newsprint can be recycled at our neighbor at 207 Puuhale Road.
